A few months ago, I learned from contacts on the internet that a Realtor, Cam Buche, was a very good agent, who had helped them in their search for property in South Dakota. I contacted Cam, who unfortunately could not help us find our property because we were well out of her area. She did give me the name of another agent, near Hot Spring, where we wanted to move.
Cam did not disappoint. She was so friendly and encouraging, not only on original contact but in follow up emails. Making sure we were pleased with the agent she referred us to, checking to see how the search was going and if we liked the area. Just keeping in touch and encouraging us.

I have known Cam Buche for the past 8 months or so as I have searched for a house in South Dakota. Although I wound up purchasing a house from a different realtor on the other side of the state, I am happy to warmly recommend her services to anyone looking to buy a house as she is a truly excellent realtor!
Cam understood me and what I was looking for immediately, sending out a steady stream of potential properties over the ensuing months. I should add that I had been looking during a peak real estate period shortly after the onset of Covid. It was definitely a seller's market and an anxious time. She emailed and called on a regular basis, and I knew she was keeping me in mind.
Cam was incredibly kind and took a great deal of time with me. She drove out to numerous properties in order to Zoom them for me, as I was trying to purchase property sight unseen from Washington State. She helped me to navigate tricky aspects of real estate with which I was unfamiliar, such as flood zones, tornadoes, and small town living. She was so personable that I was left with a great feeling for the friendliness of people in South Dakota.
I may move again once I'm settled in South Dakota. Cam would definitely be my first choice as realtor.

I’m Cam Buche and I’ve lived in the area since 1983. In the past I’ve cooked and served in restaurants. In 1999 I decided to follow my passion for designing and managed a wholesale florist and wedding design.I enjoy camping, fishing, bean bags, sports, spending time with family, laughing, meeting people, helping people, and having fun doing it. I live in Parker, SD with my fiancé, 3 kids and my fur babies.
Now here I am using my passions of design, helping people with happy milestones in their life and applying it to real estate! I proudly align with Weichert Realtors® - The Agents. They are like family and align with my values of hard work and loyalty to clients.
